Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding an issue.
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@glowmindboutique.shop with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package if necessary. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom/personalized products.
