All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing or carrier-related issues that are outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees that may apply depending on their country’s regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@glowmindboutique.shop and include your order number along with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
